Precautions for storage of pvc composite pipe
1. Storage time
   The storage time should be minimized. Although the shelf life of the composite pipe is not stated, the customer should also use it within one year. If it exceeds one year, the hose should be thoroughly inspected before use.
2. Temperature and humidity
   The storage temperature of the hose should be maintained between a low temperature of 10 degrees and a high temperature of 55 degrees, and the relative temperature should not exceed 65 percent.
3. Light problems
  Commonly used composite pipes are not resistant to ultraviolet rays, so when storing, they should be stored in a dark room as far as possible to avoid sunlight, and try to seal the windows with unglazed paper.
4. Warehousing environment
  All pipe fittings, including composite pipes, should not be in contact with solvents, fuels, petroleum, grease, acid-base substances, disinfectants, etc. Some metal materials such as copper, iron, manganese, etc. will also affect the hose.
5. Storage conditions
   When storing the composite pipe, do not artificially compress, elongate or over-deform the packaging. It should not be in contact with sharp metals. It should be stored in a dry environment. As far as possible, use a wooden board on the bottom of the hose to prevent rabbits from touching the ground. The height of the hose should be reduced when stacking, too high stacking will cause deformation of the bottom hose. Larger and heavier hoses should be placed below.
6. Avoid pests
  Because the composite pipe is hollow, the hose should be protected to prevent insects and mice from crawling in the pipe and affecting the quality of the pipe.

Precautions for the construction of pvc composite pipe
1. When using solvent bonding for small-diameter pipes, the spigot must be rounded to form a bevel, and the fracture must be flat and perpendicular to the axis, so that it can be firmly bonded and avoid water leakage.
2. Generally, PVC pipes with a diameter greater than or equal to 100 mm use rubber ring connections. Before installation, personnel must be arranged to chamfer the pipe socket, and the quality of the rubber ring must be checked. The sockets, rubber rings, etc. must be wiped clean during installation.
3. The trench excavation of traditional pipeline installation only requires that the pipeline can be put into the trench and can be sealed. When the original soil layer is not loosened, the cushion layer can be compacted under pressure.
4. General PVC pipe branch pipe splitting can be split with tee or vertical stopcock. During construction, a saddle-shaped fitting and half a two-in-three link can be added and clamped with U-shaped bolts to thicken the pipe wall, and then directly drill holes on it, and then connect it with external threaded plastic parts. The test shows that the pressure test acceptance after construction with this method can fully meet the requirements of the specification.
